At Apollo Co we do our best to get your awesome new products to you in the quickest time possible.

We post daily, Monday to Friday. We will not post prior to full payment, including postage, being received.

You will receive two email notifications:

1. Order Confirmation - once your order has been placed with us.

2. Shipping Confirmation - when your order has been dispatched, this also contains your tracking details.

We try and keep our shipping as affordable as possible for our customers. We offer flat rate shipping fees of $12.95 and use Australia Post and Courier Service for tracking parcels.

If you just can't wait to get your hands on our sweet products we offer express shipping for $30.95. Place your order before 2:00pm AEST and we will dispatch your order with Australia Post Express. Selecting Australia Post Express means the package will take Australia Post networks while in transit. Express Post is not an overnight service.** However, Australia Post Express is faster than Australia Post Standard.

Approximate delivery times, from date of shipment:

· Australia - regular and first priority (major centres): 1-3 business days

· Australia - regular and first priority (other areas): 5-10 business days*

· Australia - express - next business day **

* Shipping to WA takes 10 business days from NSW.

** Express Shipping - Please check if you are within the Express Post Network

*** First Priority - Place your order before 2:00pm AEST and we guarantee to dispatch by the next business day Monday - Friday.

Every parcel sent by us is trackable from lodgement to delivery. In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, Apollo Co will launch an investigation with the delivery service to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings.

NOTE: If you give “Authority to Leave” on your order status, you waive your rights for replacements to be shipped if tracking shows your order as delivered. We prefer not to give “Authority to Leave” and will only do so if you request it in your order notes. My Munchbox cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.

Apollo Co has an automated postage system and orders will be sent to the exact address entered when your order is placed online. We take no responsibility for orders being sent to incorrect addresses entered by the purchaser. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, or failure to accept a delivery you will be charged additional postage to re-deliver the goods. Failure to pay a redelivery fee will result in a refund of the order minus original freight charges plus a $15 restocking fee.

Apollo Co will not be liable for any lost or stolen parcels incurred during delivery process, delivery delays which are out of our control, or re-delivering parcels due to incorrect delivery address being provided to us. This includes authority to leave or lost parcels.

If a product is missing from an order, please contact us immediately. Please note during sale periods some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume.
